You disconnect in over 40% of your games.
That's surely not fun for your opponents. If you play more games (without disconnecting, etc.), the restriction will automatically go away.

My account is restriced, so I have to wait 5 minutes between games. I just don't get it.
I always played fairly, never refused a challenge, I never abord games, I never wait too long to play (not more than a normal thinking time), I never laughed on someone nor insulted anyone.
All I can see that I did ''wrong'' is to refuse a guy that was forcing me to resign. I like to play games till the end (please don't tell me it is wrong, a game SHOULD end at the end. If you want to win, prove you can.) And moreover, this game finished by a draw, so, I had no reason to resign.
It is pretty frustrating to play fairly, to respect the rule, and be restricted anyways.
