You disconnect in over 40% of your games.
That's surely not fun for your opponents. If you play more games (without disconnecting, etc.), the restriction will automatically go away.

You don't have to resign just because somebody says to. You also don't have to except challenges if you don't want to. Those things won't be counted against you.
I never disconnected... If I did, it was a computer problem, and for sure I reconnected to finish the game...
So disconnecting and reconnecting really does count as unfair play, interesting.
@FrancisRicher it doesn't matter if its intentional or accidental, it still counts.

All I can see that I did ''wrong'' is to refuse a guy that was forcing me to resign. I like to play games till the end and moreover, this game finished by a draw, so, I had no reason to resign.

It is pretty frustrating to play fairly, to respect the rule, and be restricted anyways.
