Its been 5 days that fair play policy been poping up(its not my fault,actually,sometimes connection is too weak) then now I am not able to play live chess games.When I click live chess games and *click* play then ""

em......ahh......i see.....your home's internet connection is too weak! Nothing to worry about, just tell your parents about this and ask them politely if your family can purchase a higher internet connection plan. :)
