You're a 10 year old with a US flag. You have no idea what haram means.

You have no idea that Indonesia is the country with the most Muslims.

If you are the kind of person who works themselves into a nervous wreck when faced with the pressure of playing serious games, perhaps a glass of wine with a light meal before playing may relax you enough to improve your play. If you're playing a few speed games with friends in a casual setting a taste of intoxicants may increase your enjoyment. But for serious play inebriation will not improve your play and will almost certainly hinder you (unless you are already a career addict who cannot function at all without your crutch).

Meh, it probably depends on the position and time control tongue.png

In a position / game where you have to do a lot of accurate calculating, then drinking is bad.

In a position / game where you only need short calculations, and can rely on knowledge / long term memory, then being drunk wont matter so much... this is why (short of being close to death), Carlsen would beat you or me no matter how much he had to drink.

In a position where you're drunk enough to THINK you don't need to calculate much you'd be in a lot of trouble. And if Carlsen was drunk enough I could beat him mercilessly--just with my bare hands, wouldn't even need a big stick.

I once won 14 15/10 rapid games in a row drunk. I didn't even notice the clock but when I play blitz or bullet, I am definitly a loser.

I was celebrating other milestones outside of chess to note.

I do agreee if you are serious with your ELO, you should play sober. I reserve my blitz and bullet ratings for experimenting and drink nights just for the sake of making moves.

Yes, if is.

But you need to back up your claim.

YOU CAN LITERALLY SEARCH IT ON THE INTERNET U NOOB

JackRoach

Bruh.

The internet has conflicting opinions. You can't use the internet as your proof, because all the opinions are different, so it would be completely contradictory.
