Another login has been detected

I was just playing a game on Live Chess, and this popup saying "Another login has been detected" popped up THREE times, and ended up costing me the game on time.  Can you please fix this?

What are you doing? Have you logged into the iPhone app and the web at the same time, or...?

Maybe I forgot to log out of the iPhone app before I started on the desktop.
