auto resigns didn't work ‼️😳

Today , i was playing 30 min chess game...after 15 min , my opponent (marcelo_ubuntu) stopped to play. I waited for him to play but he didn't respond...i think i should win the match after 3 min of his ignorance...

Was the timer counting down? (when a auto resign is functioning there is a timer next to his usernme) If he was premium they have protection from that I believe because they can play multiple games at once.

1. Its against the site rules to name and shame.

2. Your opponent is allowed to use him time, as he sees fit.

3. You have no idea why your opponent is not moving.

4. Being rude by calling your opponent "ignorant" is rude.  And you didnt even use the word correctly.  

5. READ THE SITE RULES.

 yea, this happens lot of times. Thats one reason i play very few 30 min games online.

@FishEyedFools , your suggestion is disgusting as it doesn't solve any problem. Also, i've used the word 'ignorance' not 'ignorant' which is decent because he's ignoring the game...

But ,i like to play 30 min because of my internet connection. Lesser timed games leads me to loose the game... This type of problem has happened to me many times. Is this a universal problem ?
