Really! There are some folks who are gaming the system! I just played someone in a 15/10 who kept jigging their time back to fifteen minutes. Wiped the board with him anyway - ha!

I understand the idea, a player disconnects from the game prematurely whenever they are losing or aborts games repeatedly until they get a favorable opponent or piece color. Then that message in the chat pops up "(username) may have violated our Fair Play policy - it has been noted and they may have their account restricted."
That's all fine, I just have two questions.
One, is there a more direct way that I can report a user for doing such things rather than taking the site's word for it? Not that I don't trust it or anything, I would just like to know.
Two, about how many times does someone need to commit such acts before their accounts are indeed restricted?
I ask these because just today, that happened and I went on the user's profile (not going to name drop), and all of the profile notes on their page were about how they keep disconnecting whenever they lose or are losing. That's not the first time I've been in a situation like that, and it really aggravates me when I see it.
If there is a more direct way to report users for doing such things in Live, I would love to know.
