Bug Report: Couldn't queen in bullet game

Playing bullet with Google Chrome browser, on Windows 7 64-bit OS.
When trying to queen a second time this game the promotion box didn't have the queen anymore.
As you can see in this screenshot the option to pick a queen has disappeared completely. I can still promote to a rook, knight, or bishop, but it isn't possible to queen with it in this state anymore.
With 1.1sec on the clock, it happened in this game after 50.Ka5 where I tried to premove 50...g1=Q Qg2 Qa2# but couldn't create a queen. So it was a draw instead of a win.
Maybe something to do with queening by premove on move 45? Or the fact that I used multiple premoves in a row with two queen promotions in the same premove sequence? (Shouldn't be possible because there is a 0.8s time gap after 45...b1=Q)
