Not a draw.. Blacks knight can still mate, when the king goes to the h8 square and pawn h7, and blacks king is at f8 then blacks knight can go Nf7# so white loses by awful play (and helpmate)
Serbian is correct, except that he meant a8, a7, c8, and c7 instead of h8, h7, f8 and f7,
