Bug with insufficient material draw

I played this game a few days ago. It came to the wire with me actually timing out, and only then did the server declare it a draw. Until then I was frantically trying to put the opponent into time trouble or hit the 50 move mark. It would of been less stressful if the draw was decalred immediately.
