Calculating points

What's the formula to calculate the winning and loosing of points?

Rating points? Then the Glicko system. It all depends on your RD. When you first start playing a game in this site, your RD will be about 100+. So if you win, it does not mean that the rating is your level. After a while, when you play more games, the level will come to you. For example, my level is around the high 1600s, because that's where I have been most of the time in this site.

I was very curios because when I loose a match my rating goes down like 1 or 2 points, if I win i go up about 10-15 points and my oponent looses about 100-200 points.

I know in first few games rating fluctuates a lot to adjust the base rating. But after how many games base rating become stable? On some chess some server it is 20 games, how many games here?
