Yes. The Android app only goes to one minute. Use the website. 30 seconds is one of the choices.

Go to watch. Watch grandmasters play 30 second game. Most times they aren’t but sometimes the6 are. After the game is over it wail ask you if you want to play 30 seconds then click yes and it will create a challenge for 30 secs
how can i play in mobile 30 second i just got 1 minute nothing else

No, just use the custom tone control and enter whatever time you want

The other option would be to join a tournament, if there is one, and play it there

You need to play a lot of games (mostly bullet) and chess.com will give you authorization to play hyperbullet and up when they trust you
