to my understanding the computers only issue the challenges not accept and the time thing is not able to be changed
Can you set a time when playing a computer opponent?

Ok thanks. That's seems to be how it works. There are many improvements I could suggest for live chess but I suppose everyone wants to change things.

In live chess if I want to play against the computer I have to accept the times that the computer opponent posts - the games are no more than 10 minutes. I'd like to play against the computer with a time I set. Is there any way to do this in live chess?
And does the computer ever accept challenges or does the computer only issue challenges?
