Can't play live chess with friends

Does anyone know why the message "xxx is not awailable for live chess" always pops up when I want to play live with choosen friend?

They have to be in live chess. And available. If they are playing someone else they are not available.

They are all in live chess, and not playing against anyone else when we try. We tried to log out from chess.com(and then in again), tried to reinstall chess.com, and all other things(I think?). I can play random people in live chess all the time, but not friends.
