Can't play live chess
I have the same problem i can't play anymore. I already clear the cache but to no avail. Pls someone help me this is the only place i can play chess. Thanks!
Even I'm facing the same problem. Not able to play Live games on my phone since afternoon. Pls help ASAP.
This morning the app stopped working on my iPad3 running IOS 9.3.5.
It fires up but when I try to play live chess it keeps "loading" but nothing happens.
Any ideas?
I've tried reinstalling the program and reseting the ipad with no luck, it looks like it's related to the O.S. because it works on my iPhone running 10.3.2 but not on my other iPad running 9.3.5.
I have similar problem. Can play on iPhone 6 running iOS 10.3.1, but cannot play on iPad 3 running iOS 9.3.5. I also deleted and reinstalled app on iPad to no avail. Please help.
I have the same problem. It started yesterday. I cannot play live chess on my iPad. It hangs on "loading." I deleted app and reinstalled. Restarted iPad. Still won't work. Please help.

Here is an update on the issue we are encountering!
The reason that some iOS devices are unable to connect to live chess games is because of a limit in 32bit devices which cannot handle game IDs above 2,147,483,647. So, literally, once we hit more than 2 billion games, older iOS devices fail to interpret that number! This was obviously an unforeseen bug that was nearly impossible to anticipate and we apologize for the frustration. *We are currently working on a fix and should have it resolved within 48 hours.*
In the meantime, you may be able to access any features using a computer browser and the site. I know this isn't the ideal situation, but hopefully, it will help alleviate any further interruptions in your normal schedule.
