It's been quite a few times now that I start a game with someone and they move perhaps twice, then stop and let the time run and I'm waiting and waiting. Nothing wrong with the connections either, they just let the time run down. It is maddening as I get on to play a decent game, then either have to forfeit this game or wait out the time. I've started to block these players because of this. Is there a way to report and monitor those who do this and stop this behavior? It's very frustrating and I'm not sure how else to handle this.
