chess pieces not moving - ouch

just joined chess.com a few days ago....at first the live chess was working.....but now.....it takes me 6 or 7 click tries to move my piece ! ouch !!.....most of the time it will finally select the piece i click on and then with many many more clicks it will finally move the piece to where i want to go.....

in the mean time.....i am using up all my time [i play the 5 minute games]....is there any trick to getting it back to work right???  it is very frustrating....i lose plenty - when its my own fault....but now racking up many loses to this problem.......

Hi! Sorry you're having troubles with the site. Can you please let me know what browser and operating system you're using? Do you click and drag or click pieces and then click the square you'd like to move them to?

Do you have any plugins or extensions on your browser at all?

thank you. . . you helped solve the problem....i had a toolbar running [zeus knows where it came from] and when i uninstalled that toolbar.....it now all works!.....hopefully that foolish toolbar won't keep reappearing.....its reappeared once back on me so far....
