What are the tournaments that award fide titles?

It doesnt work like that. The FIDE titles are FM, IM and GM. And the woman titles.

To become FM you 'just' need to break 2300 FIDE Elo rating.

To become IM you need 2400 FIDE Elo rating + 3 IM norms.

To become GM you need 2500 FIDE Elo rating + 3 GM norms.

To get norms, you have to get certain results against titled players. I dont know exacly how to get norms, but you have to get some good tournement results.

If you win the World Jr. you get the GM title, if you didn't have it already. Tal Shaked got his GM title this way, if I'm not mistaken.

There are others. Fischer got his IM title by winning the US championship that was also the qualifier for the Interzonal, for example.
