I can agree that chess is the best game in the world, if not one of the best games. American football is only popular in America, football is not fast paced, baseball is for shlubs... Basketball and tennis are good though.

It saddens me that only 2 NFL games a week are shown in NZ and its at some crazy time like monday and tuesday lunch... atleast their live I guess.  Sadly I'm at work and miss them :(

I have to agree with the Manchester United supporter (aka RyanMK) football (soccer) beats american football. Chess is a completely different type of game. One of the few that requires just your mind.

Soccer is nothing u run up and down a filed and do nothing u score one maybe 2 times a game if u are lucky.

And american football is better because???????

soccer has:

-no timeouts

-no breaks other than halftime

-countries around the world participating

-more supporters than any other sport
