Chess.com crashing my computer!

Hi all,

over the last two weeks chess.com live server has crashed my computer three times.  It always starts with the sound getting buggy, then the screen started to get buggy or just freezes...then the blue screen with this statement "clock_watchdog_timeout". 

I have been playing on other chess sites, and am ONLY having this problem with the chess.com live chess interface, and game analysis windows. 

Please help, otherwise i'll be forced to leave chess.com

Sorry to hear about this!  Can you message me with your windows OS and the browser/version you are using?  We aren't getting other reports of this, so my guess is that the server is good.

Thanks shaun, I updated my BIOS today...so i'll let you know if that fixes the problem. 

Using windows 8.1 with most recent version of mozilla firefox. 

Google Chrome does a good job for the Chess.com server.

re: not getting other reports about this.

when I play on l play , on- line chess , my computer gets infected with

malware threats.  Chess .com went from 10,000 members to 16,000,

it seems something had to give. also, what happened to "chat rooms".
