Thats the "other game" that popped after the real one was gone. You can see that this one only has 2 moves. I have good internet and was chatting on FB the whole time, so I think the connection was fine. At least from my side.
I'm sure that if it is a legitimate issue, chess.com staff will be more than happy to help you get it resolved. (With apologies to Pdela) Have you tried contacting them through Help & Support?

You can not post in a thread of a webpage stating it is terrible and asking for recommendations for another pages. It is a gesture of bad taste towards those working here and it fails basic education
