Did Chess.com change their policy? They recently added some seconds to the other players clock. I left a site because they were always adding time to the clocks. What's up?

In live chess, when someone lags (or more specifically, you), you get added time of the amount you lagged.

In online chess, if you go on vacation, and return, you get 24 hours added I think.
