I'm already a member of these clubs however, it was still necessary to create a new club to accommodate all the requirements of players like me. Moreover, one of the clubs has become inactive

Well, if you are a member of those clubs, you might make a post in those clubs to let people know of your new club...
I'm not sure if they will allow it so I would rather send individual official invites

chess.com is also working on another time control category which will be longer than "rapid" (presumably something like "classical"), but despite chess.com working on implementing this new time control, we don't have information on a release date for it, or on details like how long will be considered that time control.
I heard about this news in the State of chess.com 2023 live stream (I watched it live on YouTube) from IM @DanielRensch
p.s. the video is 4 hours long, but I'll look a little bit to see if I can find a timestamp to when he mentions this.

Update: I tried looking through the video (just clicking random points in the major announcements and Ask Danny parts) and didn't find the time stamp, but if you want to watch the video, it is there to check it out; lots of cool updates and features and events coming up for 2023
