Have you cleared cookies/cache recently?
Are you using live chess basic through Chess.com, facebook or desktop client?

I am using windows vista and I am using basic through chess.com. In actual games this as happened twice in the last 2 weeks but also this interrupt occurs before a game, eg if I wish to view a game. Internet explorer is my browser and I delete history which I assume includes cookies each time the computer switches off cookies. This problem as only started happening recently, when I first joined this never happened.

This as happening twice recently and I cannot understand why.In the middle of a game it comes up with connection interrupted , reconnecting.My clock in being run down and I lose on time before it reconnects. My network is fine as other pages are running fine in the background so its not my end that is interrupted yet I lose on time.This as never happened before with any other chess playing on line programs but if there is no solution whats the point in playing on this system. Anyone any ideas??
