Constant Disconnecting

Is anyone else having issues with their connections during live games on the iOS app? It used to work flawlessly but now every second move I make takes 30 seconds to register because the game has to re-connect and re-load. This is on both wi-fi and 3G, I should add. Starting to lose faith ):

Can you try reinstalling the app?  Press down on the app icon until it "jiggles" and then click on the red "x" to uninstall.  Then reinstall from iTunes:

Same here. Lost a match yesterday having 2 Queens against a pawn, having been a rook down. With 1'30 left on the clock Chess.com kept reloading so I timed out. pretty frustrating. Will take me a while to play Live Chess again. .. if ever. .. reinstalling app isn't the solution.

The iOS application is total poo poo with disconnects. Tried deleting and reinstalling but keep getting the flashing red light.

Tried deleting the app several times. Deleted it permanently as I lost several games due to disconnecting all the time. This app is of low quality. Be warned.

MacosX in Safari does not have this issue, How can it be a server issue unless iOS apps use different servers and why do that? Two server code bases to maintain and develop? I think not. This app's quality assurance I am afraid is poo poo. I think they can do better, I demand better. Until then, I have removed this app from my iOS devices, I will not waste time or rating points trying to use this piece of junk and I advise caution to others. BTW still no response to my bug report from the chess.com mothership.

Still no response to my bug report. Not even an automated response to say "We received your report and will respond in xxx hours/days." WTF am I paying for with my Diamond membership?

Hey Atharv2706 What are you talking about? There is no option to contact the developers. Not even a voice contact for chess.com. Just the web form to report a bug. An invitation to  waste your time on a message that will never be answered. Very poor customer service.

I was playing a live game the other day, and wound up winning on time because the other player seems to have disconnected. That's not a good way to win. I offered the other player a rematch, but have not heard back from him or her.
