I wanna ask you guys a question.

 

 What do you do, when you're playing an opponent, kicking his butt, then he keeps spamming draw offers and refuses to make a move, and you still have 30 minutes of game left?

  Often my oponents either disconect in the middle of the game, or refuse to lose and do what I said above. 

 How do you deal with them? Is there a way to speed up time and win somehow?
