Whats the matter with this live chess/10/10 system? As has happened to me 3 times before, I was playing a game, the other sides clock ran out, and they game the win to my opponent. This is ridiculous!Can somebody techie at Chess.com respond to me about this. Can this problem be fixed!

I have had 3 games now in livechess 10/10 that i have lost because the software didn't post my move to the other player , while its clearly showing on my chessboard that i played it. In fact, i just had two in a row just now, 4pm cst on july 1, 2013. What can be done about this? Can this be fixed while you're playing?
