this is not the case, there are people who really delay the clock, it happened more than once, someone had less than 5 seconds and I had 35 delayed the clock until I lost for time and the connection wax good , explain that to me please

I think the clock runs on the server side, thus you cant' access it to cheat.

You were disconnected and the client wasn't reflecting that. It happens sometimes. From my understanding, it impacts v2 Live the most. If it happens on v3, you should report it.

Delaying the clock is an absolute complete myth. No one can delay the clock. There is no cheating lag switch or anything like that. It's called lag and a bad connection. it happens when you play players with a bad connection or have a slow running computer etc. The lag happens on both sides and the clock appears to pause or fail to run down for both players. Who ever gets into the quick, pre move check time wasting moves first usually wins at the end. If you don't like it, don't play bullet. I play many bullet games everyday unrated and you'll never see me whinging about it. 

Same here, mostly played bullet, and timer sometimes freezes, or worse, it steals your time, few seconds, even though you already did a move.
