Having trouble castling with DGT USB c board on chess.com other websites work fine. it just moves the rook?

I've seen another reference like that. Are you moving the king two squares first?

Yes I move the King say from e1-g1 and then the rook to f1 just as I do for the other website using just 1 hand  Thanks
