Another game right now. Internet is fine because even though Live chess says "Reconnecting..." eternally, meanwhile I can navigate to chess.com's own home page and even post replies on forum, like this one. Frustrating that Live chess disconnects even with perfectly fine connection and on top of that, I get rating points deducted as well.

As the title says, just lost a live chess game after chess.com suddenly showed I was disconnected. Immediately I opened other tabs and navigated to several other sites and everything loaded fine. Even youtube tab was playing fine in the background, indicating my connection was fine, except chess.com refused to reconnect, even after several minutes (and all the while connection was fine as I was browsing articles waiting for live chess to try reconnect) and finally timer ran out and still nothing. It didn't even show me that I'd lost on time. Found that out only after navigating back to Home page and checking the game archive.
I wonder why this happens even when my connection is fine? I guess rating points won't be adjusted.... hope this doesn't start becoming a routine thing. A well coded site should never drop a perfectly working connection.
