disconnecting

Dear Sir < every time that I play 10 min. game live chess with  a member a message appear "Conection Interrupted Reconecting", meanwhile my minutes keep running againts me until the chess board come out again , beside that is very annoying, please I do not know weather  is a new trick or they are cheating.  thank you

I am not staff but I can tell you that it is not a new way to cheat, If it was the staff would have found it. And if you unplug your internet it will just say you disconnected. It could be something in your computer. There are no ways to cheat on this website

I get that sometimes if I have a bad signal from the router or even sometimes with the weather. It's definitely annoying but it's not from cheating or aborting games.

Live chess stability seems to be the no.1 priority of chess com staff, so if the problem is on their end, they are working on it. But in this case it seems to be about your service provider. Does your overall internet connection get interrupted too?

Dear Sir: I never get disconect , only when I play live chess, I'm afraid to play now because I always lose by time, also the  board disappear and you can not even analize their move, I do not think is my PC or my internet provider, because this only happen to me when I play live chess. Thank you again

What browser are you using? Chrome is strongly recommended for live chess. Do you try to refresh the browser when you're disconnected? I don't know how else to help you.
