Do you get less points in 4 players chess if you win by doing a claim win?

Had 2 games in a row where the 2nd player ends with more score than the first (me), how come? It happened other times too of course but I'm just saying it's something usual

I think you're talking about the rating increase. That is determined by all players' relative ratings. So it can easily happen that a player finishing second, but with a low rating, will get a larger rating increase than the winner with a high rating.

Yeah but I think it happens too when the players have almost the same score, that's the issue

yeah lets say it was down to you and the guy and you had 10 points and he had 50 so if you ate his queen that would give you 30 and him 50 but you won since u ate his queen

Stkyle, that’s not at all how it works. 

@OP: please clarify. Are you talking about the *rating* increase when a game is over? In that case, it should never happen that a player who comes in 2nd (i.e.: second highest *score*) and has the same rating as the winner gets a larger rating increase than the winner. 

Yeah that's what I mean, but it hasn't been happening lately, I'll post a screenshot if it happens again
