Draw Offer hotkey?

When I watch the big guy's play Blitz/Bullet, they offer draws and still move quickly, when I offer a draw, I was valuable time using the mouse! There must be a hotkey/shortcut! Can anyone help me out?

I am pretty sure they have a draw hot key, as I mentioned Iv'e seen some guys do it a rate that could only be explained by a hot key!
