@Max_Bax: Actually, Chess.com does not use the Elo rating system. I believe it's called "glicko." (Anyone, is that correct?)
Also, just for information, it's not an acronym, so it's spelled "Elo," and not "ELO." This rating system is used by the USCF and FIDE, and it's named after Arpad Elo.

it doesnt matter if the name of the rating is ELO, Elo, Glicko, etc.
my question was: have you changed the rating system?
Long time ago, i was registered by an other username. My ELO score was about 2200.
Now my ELO is NOT higher than 2000 (at the moment 1900).
Have you changed the ELO rating??????
