I agree -- 10% is a generous cut-off. If a user disconnects more than 10% of the time, ban that user.
so if someone has bad internet they should be banned? I hate disconectors too but this is not a bad idea. maybe though the computer should rate them not the other people? People can rate people badly cause they lost
