Exploring other's players game for a certain position

Hello,

I would try to access all live games played in a certain position: I use "archive/explorer" but I have to specify a username, and I want all usernames! ("*" is not working).

The idea is to see what top GM play in live blitz here in a particular theoretical position.

Did this site block this feature, in order to make top GM games more "protected"? I would opt for this explanation, but it is a strange one nowadays.

Thanks for your answers!

The default is the Masters database, so it does what you want by default.

No, I want blitz GM games played on this site, not "long" games.

Sorry, I misunderstood. There is no way to search games played on site, except by player.

OK, thanks. It is a pity and it is strange.

There are a lot games on site, even if just limited to GM games. I can't say that isn't something the site might add in the future. Would be a useful feature.

Useful: for sure!

All games are open to everyone now, so I can't see a reason why it would not be on this site...

When I'm studying an opening, many times there is what looks like a killer move for either side that isn't in the books or videos I've checked and I can't find it in the Masters Database in the chess.com Opening Explorer.  But, I bought an on-sale copy of "Chess King" a few years ago, which has a huge database including non-Master games where I sometimes find hundreds of examples of where those "killer" moves were made and where the best played ones show why those moves are not "killers."

Additionally, the database at 365chess.com has both a "Big Database" in addition to a "Masters Darabase" where moves not show in the chess.com Opening Explorer sometimes appear in rated games.

Consequently, it would of great benefit if the chess.com Opening Explorer included a general non-Masters database.  Separate databases for GM's playing Blitz, etc. seems like a big project but maybe not considering that the pgn's have built-in Rating and Time Control information.

Yes of course, there is maybe only this site which doesn't allow it. On lichess, it is operating.
