fair play

hello,
I was playing a live 30 minutes game, and after 5 minutes of play, my opponent made a blunder and the position was lost for him. as I was a few moves of mating him, he began to play slowly, in an abususing way. I was waiting for more than 10 minutes for a move. (he had 25 minutes left to play when the position was lost for him , he was down a rook and a queen). I had 20 minutes to play and i wanted to do something else while waiting for his move. when i Got back to play, the game was lost for me. it makes me angry. my opponent behaviour was clearly not fair. how can I report that ? thank you for your attention
