Fair Policy Notice (HELP PLEASE)

Please someone help me, whenever I host a game in live chess, I gat a message saying that I am not following the fair policy. But I am, I almost never abort games, now I am restricted and have to wait 5 minutes in between games. And I never abort or abandon matches, although sometimes my internet connection gets messed up at the beggining of matches. Someone, please help. Something is wrong and I don't know why.

This same happens to me and my connection does not even disconnect. The site is hopeless.

Time to try another site.

Apparently Chess.com's methods cause a lot of false positives when it comes to detecting unfair behaviour, because I've also experienced a similar incident (though not the 5 minutes thing) some time ago. Just want to tell you that contacting the staff is useless.
