One could argue why this is needed, but I would then also ask "why do you need premoves at all"? Premoves makes games faster and spicier in a controllable witty way. I would argue that the "Takes premove" does exactly that as well.

I'd like to request the feature to premove "piece takes XY" where piece is one of your pieces and XY is a square, e.g. e4.
The difference to the existing capability of "pieces goes to / takes XY" is that the premove activates only if there's an opponent piece.
This is useful in many situations where a defence of your opponent is to occupy the square, so you can immediately refute (but do not want to move your piece there if your opponent does not).
It could be activate by right-mouse drag or a popup option or ctrl+mouse or alt+mouse. on a mobile device it could either not be possible or be activated by double tap original square, or it could be an option in setting that after premoving to a certain square you could either tap again for "takes premove" or always be asked whether you want the "premove" or "takes premove".
There could also be more algorithmic premoves, e.g. "empty premove" with the opposite meaning of only move there if its not empty, or complete trees "if this than that", but I think this is exaggeration. The "takes premove" is something that would have been useful in many of my games and genuinely feels missing.
One hint for how intuitive it is is the notation and pronunciation like "Queen takes C4" which indicates that this is fundamentally different from "Queen to C4"
