I was playing a 15 min game as white (King's Gambit vs Scillian Def.) The game was in the End Game and a bishop up. It was Black's move and he made a blunder by moving his queen in jeopardy. I quickly took his queen when all of a sudden his clock froze with about 1:30 remaining and I had 2:57 min left. Nothing worked. What happened?
