I flagged about 5 times in this game but nothing happened.

Black Q on e7, White K on b7 occurs three times.

There does appear to be a threefold repetition after your 87th.

However, Arena and Stockfish didn't recognize it when I copied the pgn. Maybe Chess.com interprets the rules the same way.

Player is on move and has some position with all the pieces and pawns and taking into account castling and en passant possibilities. As I understand it, that exact position has to repeat two more times, with the same player having the move, before a claim can be made ( and all the castling and en passant possibilities have to remain the same.)

However, it appears that here on chess.com, the same position has to repeat three more times before a claim can be made. To me, that is fourfold repetition.

I understand that online has to be handled differently than in over the board games. In an over the board game, you can write down your intended move and announce that you are going to make a move repeating a position for the third time. That possibility does not exist here at Chess.com.

However, it seems to me that you should have been able to claim a draw after your 87th move, which repeated a position exactly for the third time.

That is not the case on chess.com. However if in this case black makes his move that creates a threefold rep as he did on move 87, he needs to get his claim in quickly before White makes a move.
