The site has been having a number of problems over the last few weeks.
Drag and drop problems is not one of the ones I've seen.

Yes, they are set to drag and click. In essence what happens say I grab a Rook at a1 and while dragging it to a8 in the process Rook drops utself at a6 while I am moving my hand and I have a feeling as if teh whole board glitches. I am 100% did not release the click in the process...
I am getting really annoyed by the performance of this site. Today only a few times while I was dragging a figure to it's place a game glitches and drops it midway to where I wanted it. 3 games lost today because of that. Is that normal for chess.com??
I have not played in a long while and have come back about a week ago after a few years of break
