I also just played three matches against someone, im normally 1050, but i tilted to 870, so i won every game and now they think im cheating (maybe cuz i also got a brilliant in the first game) but im just playing normally. sure maybe i had some pretty good games but can u get banned from smth like this? or do there need to be multiple reports?

No. Reporting doesn't get you banned. Reporting just gets you checked out. If you weren't cheating, you have nothing to worry about.
