First number is the total amounts of minutes you have for the game, the second number is a bonus you receive (in seconds) for each move.

You can also create your own timecontrol matches in your Live Chess window, say for example a 20|20 game or something. You can also set your game at rated or unrated.
Just need an opponent to accept it. But I would expect this not too much of a problem given the number of players playing.
Okay, so using my astounding powers of deduction, I figured that 30 min meant each player gets 30 minutes. But what's up with stuff like 15|10? What does that even mean? I appreciate any help.
