Yes, I do. When your internet connection is excellent, the bar is green and full. When it is green and almost full, it is pretty good. When it is halfway and yellow, your internet connection is ok, and when your internet connection is very bad, it is red and almost empty.

That is a packet latency indicator.
It is a simple graphic representation of how fast your connection to the internet is. Red = bad/slow Green = Good/fast
