How to block disrespectful players?

Why don't you tell them to leave you alone because you're mentally unstable and might explode at any moment. Or disable the chat box.

You can disable chat. Its small text in the message box area. You can also block a member. I would like to know how to report these folks.

You can block people in your Privacy Settings. To get to Privacy Settings, move your cursor over Home, then select Account, then choose Privacy in the top box on the right hand side of your screen and you will see a section at the bottom of the page where you can enter a username to block.
