Is there a way to play out certain senerios to see how they end in a live game?

In a live game, no.That is called cheating.

After the game is over you can analyse it.

It's called calculation and all the good players do it; thing that makes it tough is you have to do it all in your head. 

Yes it would be cheating. You don't see OTB players get a little board or ipad out and run through a few scenarios do you? Once the game starts all the scenarios must be in your brain.
