It doesn't really matter overall. If a player makes a mistake that loses the game, it doesn't matter how well they played the previous moves. So, one player could outplay their opponent, making fewer mistakes/inaccuracies/blunders and still lose if they make a game losing mistake that their opponent catches.
Without a link to the game it is hard to say what transpired on the above. I would expect those stats to result in a win by white. I would assume the game didn't end by checkmate since white didn't have any blunders.
edit: it's also possible the basic analysis is just wrong.
edit2: if this was your last game, your blunders were not true blunders. You were winning by a lot before of the "blunders" and were winning less after but still winning by a lot. On the other, you missed a mating line, but were still winning. At deeper analysis, you opponent made twice as many inaccuracies as you and your inaccuracies and mistakes still left you with a winning game.
Hello All,
I am having difficulties understanding the review of a game in the computer analysis that is provided by this site after the a game. Upon review a game (and this is not the first time) according to the stats I played worse than my opponent , but I won the game.
For instances:
In the following stats I made more inaccuracies, and more blunders and had a worse avg diff - but yet I still won this with a passed pawn and mate looming. Am I reading something wrong - it would seem to me if I play better with out mistakes i would win the game.
BTW I was black in the stats.
Any help in clarifying would help.
