you need to change your perspective, why are you playing chess?
how to stop a tilt?
But there’s little point really - you’ll soon make any lost points from a poor run back as you find your true level: form is temporary, class is permanent

i do that a lot
A 1650 doesn’t blunder you sure your rating is right
That day, it was too hot 4 me to concentrate. I guess that was the problem. No I don't blunder that much usuallyl
I'm winning most of the games I play but I do blunder And, from there its all going down. I get the mistake as soon as I move the pieces. I should shift to 20 min, I really need more time to think.
when you are in the wrong mindset and angry about your other games you lose, you make mistakes because your mind is in a different place, I recommend you go outside for 10-15 minutes and try not to think about chess during that time.
Whenever you lose a game, stop playing and analyse it first.
+1
but people usually wanna play another one immidiately.. thinking "if i win this time i will compansate my loss.."
rating is seen as a measurement of social status. losing feels like losing respect. therefore people try to recover lost ratings quickly. but it is a vicious cycle..
because you lose because lack of knowledge.. not because you are a bad person. and you need to study to increase your knowledge.
If you send people abuse in the chat and press Alt+F4 on your keyboard a lot, this tends to work. This is not a behavioural recommendation nor is it financial advice. I am just an ape. ![]()
