You can go to your Live Chess homepage at http://www.chess.com/livechess/myhome.html and then click the "view" and then "get PGN" and then you can paste in the PGN text to the Game Editor tool in the forums.

How do you put a game from live chess into a forum topic or something? I was looking for how to do it without inputing all the individual moves.
