I can not play a game through "Play"

Hello.

When I tried to play yesterday I got a message that "Live" is disappearing and I have to switch to "Play" and if I like anything about "live" more than "Play", I should make a suggestion which I did and got no help!

The problem is that when I click on "Play" nothing gets loaded on my page as you can see in the below unless I'm connected to VPN which in that case all the buttons appears on my page but I don't have this problem with "live" at all and I can play through "live" whether I'm connected to VPN or not.

I already made a suggestion through "help" but I think the person who responded didn't even read my message and just copy and pasted the following message which does not refer to my problem at all :

I heard back that some users from some countries, like Iran, are having issues with the Play page.  Staff is aware of the problem and "know what it most likely is."

Thanks for the follow up. I hope that the developing team fixes this by the time the "Live" feature gets removed.

I also want to add that once the game starts I can disconnect from the VPN and continue the game without any problem but once again when I want to start a new game I have to connect to VPN in order to see the buttons in "Play" page.

Live Chess will be disappearing at the end of the year. For Playing Chess on Chess.com  there will be only the  "Play". The Play interface has only games and tournaments and not analysis boards to invite friends,members and students to study chess. Also, there is an  Analysis Board under the Learn Menu so that is why they removed it.

play will have all the features on live does
